This large room is located on the 3rd Floor of 101 Broadway with a large glass sliding door for entry, exposed brick and a large table that can seat 10. With its wall-mounted HDMI screen, it is perfect for training meetings and conference calls with large teams. Right next to our kitchen, so it's great for breaks too! Close to waterfront entertainment district. This room is available all day, but checkin is 9am-10:30 am. If you book in the afternoon, please make an appointment with the venue host to pick up an access card.

We dropped in for a whiteboard working session. John was such an incredible host. Every aspect of the experience was lovely. The space was warm and cozy, and John greeted us timely with a welcoming spirit. Everything was sparkling clean (the rooms, common space, kitchette, bathrooms). Our room's set up was very thoughtful: new dry erase pens, fresh coffee, filtered water with cups and mugs, easy WiFi log in information, host's phone number. The location is steps away from the waterfront with wonderful restaurants, Starbucks and bars. Lots of police presence providing security and safety. The Port Workspace team was so great to collaborate with! Highly recommend ☺️
