White building with black-out windows, tons of doors to the side of the building (gated), spacious concrete backyard that opens into the alley.
Two bathrooms, lots of desks, architect's desk, etc.
Currently there is no WIFI, so you would need to hotspot.
If you are open to renting for a longer term, I would consider paying for WIFI at the building.
Space may be rented hourly or daily, please reach out to us prior to booking.
