Upon request we will have you sign up for our BASIC MAIL membership that you will need to authorize us to receive, manage and handle your mail - USPS Forrm 1583 must be notarized.

Meeting Rooms

Meeting Rooms can be booked by you at an additional member discounted meeting room cost. Please see community manager or book using your member portal.

Notary Services ($)

two notarized signatures are included with your membership monthly at no cost. Thereafter a fee of $10.00 per signature will be charged.

Each Part-Time Private Office has a door lock that you can lock when your are using the office. No key will be provided.

HEALTH & SAFETY MEASURES

We have made it a priority to protect the health and safety of our members, staff and community at THE POST!

1. FACE MASKS: Face masks are always optional. Hand Sanitizers are provided in all common areas, part-time private offices as well as our meeting and event spaces.

2. HIGH TOUCH SURFACE AREAS: NanoSeptic skins will be placed on all high-touch areas, like door handles and light switches. NanoSeptic Skins turn dirty high traffic, public touchpoints into continuously self-cleaning surfaces

3. COMMON AREA DOORS: Foot operated hardware will be added to the front entry doors, the patio door.

4. HAND SANITIZER STATIONS: Sanitizer stations have been added throughout the space.

5. COFFEE BAR: disposable coffee cups and lids are available for self serve coffee at 9am daily up until 4:45pm.

6. POSTED SIGNS: We have signs posted around the workspace to remind you of our protocols and social distancing.

7. VISITORS AND GUESTS: Please sign in using the Visitor Notification App at the front door entrance to our workspace.

9. JANITORIAL CLEANING AND DISINFECTING: We have scheduled our onsite janitorial service to disinfect and sanitize as well as empty all trash cans nightly: Monday through Friday. OUr monthly deep cleaning occurs the second Saturday of each month from 10am to 6pm. Our deep cleaners provide our private office and dedicated desk members with a detailed cleaning of thier offices and workspace area, including the common areas.
