Flex Event Space
Whether if it’s a lunch and learn, a professional presentation, or a speaking engagement, when the time comes to host a professional event, you need a space that can accommodate your group in a comfortable, stylish, and functional environment. Our Flex Space is a private and secure event and meeting space which can be customized with all the telecommunications, audiovisual technology, upscale hospitality services and amenities you will need to have a successful event. Additionally, we offer customized food and beverage services as well as catering services starting from providing as little as coffee, water and tea; to breakfast and lunch finger foods and snacks (bagels, donuts); or ordering 20 bagged lunches from Eegees to be delivered to The Post by Door Dash; and even a fully catered buffet style brunch or lunch for up to 30 guests. Whatever you will need for have a successful event, we will make it happen. ● Our Flex Space is a 750 sqft modern industrial yet professionally designed and can be customized as far as furnishings and technology specifically for: seminar, presentations, group meet and greet, monthly or weekly team meetings, local non profit fundraisers (non political), art or craft class and/Or DAILY Meditation and Yoga classes. ● We will supply foldable training tables or desks and chairs, white boards, and cords ● Decorative break area with useable cabinets, coffee maker, microwave, dishes, utensils, trash receptacle and small refrigerator ● 86” 4K HD monitor, Zoom Room for video conferencing equipment (without the needless wires and cords, but gives you the ability to sync your own device, no matter if it’s a mac or windows) ● laser printer and scanner and office supplies specifically for this flex space is included ● Can be customized and furnished for whatever type of setting (class, lecture, weekly meetings). ● Private and secured entrance from parking lot or main building ● Access to the main space, restrooms and all our amenities included!! ● 24/7 access (upon request at an additional charge) ● Complimentary Fiber-Optic internet with secure Wi-Fi or Ethernet access ● AS ALWAYS, we will ensure your event runs smoothly and you and your guests’ needs are always met

La Rosada Huddle Room
La Rosada Huddle Room is furnished for a more laid back meeting atmosphere. This is a great meeting room for one one one personal meetings, online conference calls, depositions, mediation, short meetings with clients or if you just need some alone time or privacy for a little while out of your day. The following furnishings are included in the La Rosada Huddle Room: ✅ A modern vintage hot pink comfy loveseat ✅ Two side comfy velvet slipper chairs ✅ A coffee table with steel bronze legs ✅ Various size poufs in case you want to include a few more persons in your scheduled meet-up. San Juan Meeting Room
Our meeting rooms are professionally designed, fully furnished, and are constructed with dual-layered, specially manufactured drywall to minimize sound transfer. Each space can be customized with best-in-class telecommunications and audiovisual technologies and offers all the amenities you will need to have a successful meeting. We also offer available coffee and tea service, snack options, and catering. With our meeting and event spaces, we have thought of every detail so that you don’t have to.
San Miguel Meeting Room
Our meeting rooms are professionally designed, fully furnished, and are constructed with dual-layered, specially manufactured drywall to minimize sound transfer. Each space can be customized with best-in-class telecommunications and audiovisual technologies (ZOOM ROOMS) and offers all the amenities you will need to have a successful meeting. We also offer available coffee and tea service, snack options, and catering. With our meeting and event spaces, we have thought of every detail so that you don’t have to.

HEALTH & SAFETY PROTOCOLS AND MEASURES
We have made it a priority to protect the health and safety of our members, staff and community at THE POST! We have implemented these measures: 

1. FACE MASKS:  Face masks are optional.  Hand Sanitizers are provided in all common areas, private offices and meeting rooms and event spaces.  

2. HIGH TOUCH SURFACE AREAS: NanoSeptic skins will be placed on all high-touch areas, like door handles and light switches. NanoSeptic Skins turn dirty high traffic, public touchpoints into continuously self-cleaning surfaces

3. COMMON AREA DOORS: Foot operated hardware will be added to the front entry doors, the patio door.  

4. HAND SANITIZER STATIONS: Sanitizer stations have been added throughout the space. 

5. COFFEE BAR: disposable coffee cups and lids are available for self serve coffee at 9am daily up until 3pm. Gloves are available and must be used. 

6. POSTED SIGNS: We have signs posted around the workspace to remind you of our protocols and social distancing.

7. VISITORS AND GUESTS: VIsitors are premitted to enter the workspace, however, each visitor must sign-in using the GREETLY APP on iPad stand outside the front entrance. This is a touchless member visitor notification. Visitor will need to enter thier contact information that includes name, email address, and phone number, as well as sign a COVID questionnaire and a photo will be taken. 

8. IN-PERSON TOURS - When we tour the space, all prospective members have the same requirements as members and their guests. 

9. JANITORIAL CLEANING AND DISINFECTING: We have scheduled our onsite janitorial service to disinfect and sanitize all high touch areas at 7 am, 11 am and 1:30 pm Monday through Friday.  Deep cleaning takes place every other Saturday.
