About us: Our modern office units, workstations, virtual offices, co-working spaces and event locations in the heart of Hamburg offer flexible solutions for your company. From 15 m² to over 350 m², we offer a variety of spaces to fulfil your needs. Our communal area on the ground floor with reception, lounge, kitchen and co-working area is available to all customers and offers the perfect opportunity to network both privately and professionally. To support this, we also offer various community events such as a table tennis tournament, darts competitions and even Christmas parties. In the kitchen, we provide our customers with various coffee varieties, teas, soft drinks and snacks. Further common rooms and conference facilities are located on the fourth floor. Barrier-free access is also possible here due to our lifts. Our rooms: Conference and meeting rooms can be used by both tenants and external customers by prior arrangement. We have a selection of different rooms that are suitable for up to 5 people and can accommodate up to 199 guests. Depending on requirements, we can organise a wide range of drinks, technical equipment and customised catering. In addition, the offices have a highly modern IT infrastructure (500 MBit) as well as access to printers and photocopiers, projectors and other equipment. If you want to rent a permanent office space, you can bring your own furniture or use our existing furniture. Our light flooded rooms offer a wonderful view of the city and the Michel and are often equipped with (portable) projectors or televisions and can be customised as required. Our professional podcast studio is also available to you at any time. Special features: We are located opposite St Michaelis Church - one of the city's landmarks. Numerous coffee shops, restaurants and shops for daily needs are in the immediate vicinity and the regular weekly market offers the necessary alternatives for a break. All the sights are just a short walk away. The Reeperbahn, Habor, City Hall and the Elbphilharmonie concert hall are all within easy reach. The Wallanalgen and Planten un Bloomen offer an extensive inner-city park area for your required relaxation.

Our Fixed Desks are placed in a nice shared office with natural light and large windows. The desks are facing the quiet courtyard and are just perfect for focused work. To all common areas like kitchen, lounge, lobby etc. and to all facilities we are offering, access to a phone booth for private calls are also included. Flex Desk (hot desk)
Welcome to our coworking space! Our space is spread over two floors and is barrier-free. Find your favourite workspace in our special communal areas, including well-equipped kitchens, a lounge and two foyers. Socialise with other coworkers and experience the vibrant side of the city. A flexible workspace, also known as a flex desk, is a workspace that is not permanently assigned to a specific user. Instead, you can choose a free space in the shared work areas every day. This type of workstation offers maximum flexibility and is ideal for people who do not have fixed office hours or only need a workstation occasionally. This allows you to work in a professional environment without committing to a fixed desk in the long term. This tariff gives you access during office hours from Monday to Thursday from 8 am to 5 pm and on Fridays until 4 pm. In addition, you have the opportunity to participate in our community events, which provide a valuable opportunity to network with other members. For those who require round-the-clock access, we offer an upgrade for an additional €40.00 net. With this upgrade, you will receive a key card and a physical key that gives you access to the space at all times. The regular costs for a Flex Desk are €150 per month. However, we offer a special rate for start-ups: for the first six months, you only pay €75 per month. We look forward to welcoming you to our space and our community.

Raum am Michel: The "Raum am Michel" is located in our business centre right in the heart of Hamburg next to the Michel church and is the pearl amongst our event rooms. The Reeperbahn, Hafen City, Landungsbrücken, Rathaus and Alster are just a 10-minute walk away and are therefore very easy to reach. With an area of up to 350m², the barrier-free location can be used in many different ways in the MICE sector. Whether for events such as meetings, conferences, congresses, workshops or for small concerts, performances or company festivities, there are no limits to your creativity. The surroundings: The surrounding area is very attractively designed with cafés, restaurants and shops for daily needs, offering perfect opportunities for breaks.
