Our spce is right in the center of Hamburg city, opposite the main church St. Michaelis. All places of interest and relevance are within walking distance. The famouse Reeperbahn, Hamburg Harbour, the Town Hall, main shopping area and the Alster are just a few footsteps away.
The neighborhood is characterized by an inner-city flair with art galleries, restaurants, coffee shops and shops for everyday needs. There is also a weekday market on Wednesdays and Saturdays at the public square just around the corner. With a good choice of fresh fruites and vegetables and several food stalls for every tast.
We are well connected by public transport and can also be easily reached by car / push bike or scooter. The main train statin is just two stops with local train, it takes a quick 20 minutes to the airport and the subway gets you around the city just from our doorstep.
We offer flexible and fixed workstations, private offices, meeting, training and conference rooms on an area of approx. 1800 square meters. This includes a spacious lobby, a lounge with a cozy chimney and a beautiful eat-in kitchen. For physical balance, we have a table tennis, basket and soccer balls to play at the court just outside of our office building and whoever likes accompanies us on a jogging tour through the nearby parks during the lunch break.
Our national and international customers from all over the world benefit from a professional working environment. Access to printer, copy machin and high speed internet is available. As well is a professional coffee machine with premium coffee, tea and drinking water.

Our Fixed Desks are placed in a nice shared office with natural light and large windows. The desks are facing the quiet courtyard and are just perfect for focused work.
The shared office has a very functioning VDI60/22 air supply, clear illumination. Our members have access to printer, scanner. To all common areas like kitchen, lounge, lobby etc. and to all facilities we are offering, access to a phone booth for private calls are also included. Meeting and conference rooms are additionally bookable.

Come in and find your desk in our commen areas, the eat-in kitchen, lounge and lobby. Meet other coworkers and get to know the city from the bight side of life.
With this option you will have access during the office hours from 8am to 5pm on Monday to Thurstday and until 4qm on Friday. You are also welcome to the space and community events which mainly take place on Fridays which is a great chance to chat with other members of our community, start your evening with us and check out where you end up late at night.
If you want to have access all day and all night to our space just add 40,00€ net extra to your plan and we will equip you with a key card and actual key to enter whenever you want.

Facing the beautiful Michel (one of Hamburg main churches) the private office comes with or without furniture depending on your length of stay and your own requirements. However, what we can include is a basic office set up including desks, office chairs, desk lamps, coat rack, sideboard/cabinet and some wall decoration.
Included will be a full serviced reception, all additional costs, cleaning, heating and whatever you can think of. Only when you receive guests, we ask you for a small contribution for coffee and beverages. The room has a very strong high speed Wifi and LAN ports for even faster connections. Two backup connections make sure that you still can surf the internet even if the other ones fail.
The office address is usable for any offical and legal correspondence and can be used to register your company with the authorities. A prominent company signage at the entrance of our space will display your logo to everybody whom it may concern. Whenever you need assistance our team will be of service.
With your office comes two hours of meeting room credits for your professional gatherings. Additional slots need to be booked via app or with our team. Your also will have access to your business lounge, the eat-in kitchen and sanitary facilities. With a key card and dedicated key the space will be accesible for you 24/7, 365 days a year.
