Reception is provided with the professional greeting of your clients, and you are more than welcome to use our kitchen and all appliances with complimentary self-serve tea, coffee, biscuits, and filtered water for you and your clients.

Formerly known as Canning Vale Serviced Offices, has evolved into CVSO since 2014, the space provides a range of options such as coworking areas, virtual offices, private offices and meeting rooms.

The growth of serviced offices in Perth has increased significantly over the years and our coworking space in Canning Vale recognises the need for a more convenient suburban location. We have over 200 free parking spots near the reception front doors - skipping the long travel times to and from the city and addressing the major common issue of finding affordable parking in the CBD.
