We can offer further services if required such as other administration work, scheduling or data entry. Included in the cost is the following and use of: · Reception is provided with professional telephone answering & greeting your clients · 100Mbps NBN Internet access incl Wi-Fi · Use of CVSO post office address · Daily dispatch of your stamped outgoing mail · 24/7 access for both office and meeting room · Kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, small oven and self-serve tea, coffee and filtered water . Discounted hire of our Boardroom (50%) and Huddle Space (25%) · Ample visitor parking · All outgoings, incl; electricity, air-con, rates, building insurance · Short term leasing from 30 days, no lock-in contract · Security Alarm . Huddle Space
Meeting Spaces - We have 2 rooms available. Both come with a whiteboard and internet access, which can be used for a range of small and big tasks. You also have free tea, coffee and filtered water for yourself and your clients. A projector can be provided in the Board room upon enquiry (fee advised at the time). Bookings can start from 8am, if appropriate notice is given. The latest half-day booking time is 1 pm if appropriate notice is given.
