The room has high-definition connections to a large presentation screen using either standard HDMI cable (with USB-C, Displayport, Mini Displayport and Mini "C" HDMI adapters), or through wireless Crestron AV technology. Video conferencing equipment includes a high-definition camera and multiple microphone / speaker hubs connected via USB cable input, driven by the technology on your own device (i.e Zoom, Skype, Teams etc). The room also contains a large whiteboard with supplied markers and erasers, has multiple in-table AC and USB power ports, and is fully enclosable with floor-to-ceiling privacy curtains and soundproofing. Meeting room bookings also include the use of business grade wifi, tea-and-coffee and kitchen facilities, as well as break-out communal spaces within the venue.
