The 14-person boardroom at 580 George Street is a truly impressive space that is perfect for presentations and board meetings. Located on the 10th floor, it is flooded with natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. In terms of technology, the boardroom is fully equipped to handle any presentation or video conferencing needs. It has high-definition connections to a large presentation screen using either a standard HDMI cable or Crestron AV technology. For video conferencing, the room is equipped with a high-definition camera and multiple microphone/speaker hubs that can be connected via USB cable input and used with your own device (e.g., Zoom, Skype, Teams, etc.). There is also a large whiteboard available with markers and erasers, as well as multiple in-table AC and USB power ports. The room is fully enclosable with floor-to-ceiling privacy curtains and soundproofing, ensuring that your meeting will be private and undisturbed.
In addition to the meeting room itself, bookings also include access to business grade WiFi, tea and coffee, and kitchen facilities. Break-out communal spaces within the venue are also available for you to use during your booking. Complimentary filtered still water is provided to ensure that you stay hydrated throughout your meeting.
