This facility used to be awesome. It’s not at all now. Feels cluttered and uninspiring, and the service is non-existent. Very disappointing.

I found the space quiet small but the staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we had some technological issues. Which we received assistance on, however I think they were unfamiliar on what to do as apparently they do not have many mac/apple laptops in their to be connected. Which I find hard to understand as it is a widely used device - they should have both the equipment and capability to suit both PC and Mac. Also, half way through the booking there were issues with the TV - it was no longer projecting the image on my laptop. It kept turning on and off which is very frustrating when you are trying to run a productive meeting. We did receive some assistance which was helpful and it solved the issue for 10minutes however it continued to happen. We resorted to just turning off the TV and just using the laptop. This is really disappointing as we paid the amount but did not receive the full service. There were several interruptions which meant we did not use up the whole booking time to be able to conduct our meeting. Overall, the staff were helpful. We would've liked to book rooms for future meetings, however we are unsure due to the issues we encountered.
