To our valued members and guests:

The health and safety of our members and staff are of the utmost importance to us at Space & Co and GPT alike.

Therefore as we follow the quickly developing environment around Coronavirus (COVID-19) we have implemented new policies following advice from Public Health Authorities to help us prevent the spread of the virus and limit the impact on our community. Thank you for reading this and supporting our efforts!

Cleaning

We have implemented enhanced cleaning procedures to protect our employees, members and guests. These include;

An increase in cleaning of all base building areas, including the lobby, lifts and bathrooms

An increase in cleaning of hard surface areas utilising an appropriate disinfectant product

Providing hand sanitizer and anti-bacterial wipes

Asking our members and guests to help sanitize common surfaces that you have used

Installation of hand sanitiser stations within the common areas

Hygiene

Please follow these important guidelines about hygiene:

Wash your hands frequently and properly.

Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, not your hands, and use hand sanitizer regularly.

Please dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues.

Refrain from touching your nose or mouth. If you do, please wash your hands afterwards.

Private Office Space and Meeting Rooms

Maximum occupation limits have been initiated in our private offices and meeting rooms. These limits have been calculated to ensure safe social distancing.

Casual and Permanent Desks

We have assessed the desks and space that is currently available for use to ensure we do not exceed 10 people gathered in a space. As a result, each alternate desk will be restricted, chairs removed and signage in place, which will show which desks are available for use and give you confidence that there is enough space between you and another member.

If You Are Sick

For the safety of our co-workers and community, we are asking members and visitors who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough and cold to stay home.
