We rent offices, desks, and hot desks on flexible terms at affordable prices. Our amenities include a professional podcast studio, video studio, conference rooms, and classrooms. Entrepreneurship and customized plans are also available.
Open Desk (coworking)
Our open desk (coworking) offering gives you access to all our shared workspaces M-F 8 AM to 5 PM. You can attend events, access our shared mentorship program, and reserve conference rooms. This is perfect for freelancers or digital nomads on the move. Address and mail service is included and the offering is available in monthly, 6 month, or yearly packages.

This is a corner office with tons of natural light. We provide office furniture, but if you prefer to use your own it can be removed. All utilities and Wi-Fi are included, as well as access to shared kitchen. There are four conference rooms on-site as well as an event space at our second location. Members receive 8 hours of conference room credits per month and any additional or event rentals are heavily discounted.
Suite 205
Our dedicated offices all have locking doors, height-adjustable desks, ergonomic chairs, and file cabinets. 24/7 access, mail service, and a professional address are included. Meeting room credits and discounts are included, and grant access to four onsite meeting rooms.

TractionSpace COVID-19 Response 

Even before the COVID-19 crises hygiene and cleanliness were a key part of our operating philosophy. Now, in addition to operating one of the cleanest workspaces in town we are also one of the most hygienic. 

Our cleaning protocol

We are committed to running a clean and healthy space. Our janitorial crew deep cleans and disinfects on a regular basis. Plus our staff augments this with regular wipe downs of common areas with a bleach-based cleaning solution; this is done at least three times per day. 

CDC guidelines for workplaces

We adhere to CDC guidance for businesses and go further, where we feel it is necessary, to maintain a healthy workplace. 

Hand washing and sanitization 

Clean hands and clean surfaces are our goals. We encourage soap and water washing of hands a minimum of every two hours. We encourage hand sanitization as needed. Our 11 running water handwashing stations and numerous hand sanitization stations make it easy to have clean hands at Traction Space.

Please check-in at the front desk before entering the workspace. 

If you are symptomatic please do not enter our workspace. (Please discuss allergy symptoms with us in advance). 

Please cover your cough and sneezes. Use the crook of your arm when possible. 

Please wash your hands regularly. 

Clean up and spray down after yourself.
