This space has a large conference table that can seat up to 10 seats comfortably. The room is quite spacious with hand carved wood details and a fire place. There is a split ac/heating unit to make the room temp comfortable for your group. Plenty of room for an easel or projector for presentations (available to rent upon request). This room is located on floor 1 of our building, downstairs from the entry level and no elevator access. This floor offers a private rest room as well as a large table area off of the conference room that is great for a pot luck or catering set up.

The space has it's own AC/Heating split unit, a window looking out towards the Sound (however you can mainly see the fire escape since this is on a lower floor of the building). There is a lot of natural light in the space. If you need a quiet place for a zoom meeting or to get work done, this is the perfect spot!
