Includes 2-4 hours of meeting space. Month to month or longer discounted contract terms are available. Desk Share: add another member to your desk for $75 per month. This allows two members to share a membership. The rider can also use hot desks—coworking at your budget. Get access to a top-notch workspace when you need it. Hot desk members can choose from various spots to focus on individually, collaboratively, or networking.

Create any special events you want your guest to never forget! This is a unique Historic space in the heart of Beacon Hill. We are in “The Junction” area located next to Shell's gas station! For your convenience, there is plenty of free street and paid parking by the building. The 36 bus stop right also runs right out front. Feel free to bring your own food or have it catered by nearby restaurants. No hard liquor is allowed, only wine and champagne. Please refer to https://lcb.wa.gov/licensing/online-banquet-permit to obtain your banquet permit if you need one. All rates include taxes. We'd love to host your next meeting, presentations, workshop, interview, discussions, group work, creative brainstorming, and more! Starting at $175/hr for up to 30 guests, additional guests up to 5 can be added for $5/person/hr, max capacity is 75 people.
