The entire floor has large windows with city veiws. The kitchen and all of the amenities are included. The floor has a Gigabit Fiber Optic connection and a full Mesh WiFi system keeps you connected as you walk the floor. There are conference rooms of varios sizes from 3 person to 30. There is a large open Cafe area with lots of light and it is adjacent to the large kitchen area. We host countless events and many of these events are open to the desk members. Most of the events have a focus of tech or small business.

IDEAL USE: Private office or Small Event space for Business Meetings, Startup launches, Press interviews, or contract writing. This space caters to all of your business needs and the space includes access to a large kitchen, coffee station, and prime downtown parking. You can contract with any caterer or bring your own food. This office is wrapped in whiteboards great for strategies and planning sessions. PARKING: There is paid parking at the base of the building with access on Madison Ave. Vehicles coming in Mon-Fri from 05:30 am to 09:00 am that stay at least 6 hours, but not more than 10 hours are automatically assigned the $16 EarlyBird rate at the exit. Monday- Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM is $14 per hour or $34 per day. Weekends are a flat rate of $7. Parking Vouchers are available upon request. LOADING DOCK: There is a very professional loading dock inside the building (and out of the rain) with direct access to the large freight elevator direct to our floor. We have small hand trucks to help with small loads. DETAILS: The furniture is light and really easy to rearrange to suit your needs. We have rolling smartboards, projectors, screens, rolling whiteboards, tripods, speakers, mixers, and microphones. All of these "extras" are included, as needed, without any extra cost. PRIVATE WIFI: But wait, there’s more: if we have enough time, we can provide a private wifi network. Also, we have extra switches and cables for power distribution and Internet hubs. COFFEE STATION: We do have a large coffee station available for your events. This includes 2 large coffee containers, sugar, and cups. Please bring coffee grounds and 5-inch filters for any of your coffee-making needs. Fortune 500 companies as well as brand-new startups have used our spaces. Some well-known examples include: SnapChat, Slalom, Nutanix, Joyent, Avalara, Northeastern University, University of Washington, City of Seattle, Moss Adams, and numerous foreign entities. PARKING: There is paid parking at the base of the building with access on Madison Ave. Vehicles coming in Mon-Fri from 05:30 am to 09:00 am that stay at least 6 hours, but not more than 10 hours are automatically assigned the $16 EarlyBird rate at the exit. This conference room is ideal for up to 30 people at tables and can accommodate 40 people, if 10 people sit without tables. If we remove the tables, you can easily sit 50 people. NOTE: However, until Covid is no longer a threat to everyone's health, we will only accept bookings with less than 20 people for this specific room. We include a coffee and tea station. There is also a water cooler with filters and trays for filling large pitchers, which we also provide. There is a wall-mounted Sharp smart board that acts like a big monitor. We have cables and various adapters - all of this is included for no extra charge. The view of the city and the waterfront with marine traffic provides a nice and inspiring backdrop with plenty of natural light. We can also help promote your event to more than 5,000 opt-in folks who are looking for interesting and educational events - especially if they are related to technology. Our building is located in the heart of Seattle. 50+ public bus routes run just a few blocks away. We welcome short notice meetings. This is a professional space for business meetings. It includes powerful wifi, smartboard, whiteboards, projectors and more. All included in a basic hourly price. We are happy to help you with your last-minute needs ... even on the same day! IDEAL: Our huge conference table can easily accommodate 10 guests. And, in a squeeze four more people could sit in chairs at the side of the room. But we do not recommend more than 10 people for all-day meetings. We are Seattle's longest-running high-tech business incubator. This space is ideal for teams of 3 to 8 people. Business meetings are our specialty. Meetings from 7:00 AM to 10 PM. Weekends are OK with special arrangements for logistics. LOCATION: We are located in the Wells Fargo Building on the 7th floor. This office is 3 blocks from Univerity Street Station, 4 blocks from Seattle Ferry Terminal, and 1 block from many bus routes. Just four blocks from the Ferry Terminal. Just three blocks from the Light rail station - from SeaTac Airport Most bus routes run within a few blocks. IDEAL USE: Events for technology startups, international delegations, universities, formal presentations, networking, meetups, book signing and professional workshops. There are views of Seattle shipping, ferry traffic, and peekaboo view of the mountains. This room is ideal for events where the public would be welcome. We host more than 550 events per year. We also have a room with great views, which is ideal for up to 30 people. FILMING & FASHION SHOWS: This room is ideal for filming with a lot of natural light from the wrap around windows. We can also provide a variety of settings around the 22,000 square feet with different moods, furniture and lighting. You will have to take a tour to get the full scope of what is possible. We have hosted film crews working on short 4-hour shoots as well as full-weekend movie creations and office-setting advertisements. There are clear views of ship and ferry traffic. Also, from some spots, we have a peekaboo views of the mountains. We can also coordinate various other settings and backdrops for filming such as smaller conference rooms, desks, lounge, kitchen, library, copier, computers, screens, elevator and lobby. This kitchen is included in the rate. This also includes coffee and tea. You can contract with any caterer or bring your own food. The furniture is light and really easy to rearrange to suit your needs. This includes 100+ folding chairs as well as the fabric covered non-folding chairs. We have rolling smartboards, projectors, screens, rolling white boards, tripods, speakers, mixers and microphones. All of these "extras" are included, as needed, without any extra cost. PRIVATE WIFI: But wait, there’s more: if we have enough time, we can provide a private wifi network. Also, we have extra switches and cables for power distribution and Internet hubs. COFFEE STATION: We do have a large coffee station available for your events. This includes 2 large coffee containers, sugar, and cups. PLEASE NOTE: This is a somewhat open space - while it is located at the corner of the floor, with two bottlenecks limiting access, there are no doors to close it off but we are happy to put up barriers.
