Good wifi, free parking and clean.
The rooms I used didn't have windows so it felt cave-like for an all day working session. There was a common area with windows which helped some when eating lunch. No extras like complimentary snacks or drinks. There was a nice coffee machine you could buy lattes etc from, or a vending machine with the usual unhealthy items.
Botanial garden is near by which is great for lunch or coffee walks
