These offices are in a cozy little building with plenty of free parking and a suburban feel. Timber Springs (formerly Bel-Spring 520) is located just down the road from Bridle Trails State Park off Interstate 405 and the 520 Freeway interchange, the flexible office space offers quick access to downtown Bellevue and downtown Seattle. The tree-infused campus offers outdoor seating, bike storage, showers & lockers and is walking distance to the future Spring District Light Rail Station. This prime office space is not far from Overlake and the Spring District’s offerings of retail, dining, and amenities.
