Located in the chicks beach area one block from the sea shore state park trail and two blocks from the beach we have 1800 sf of office space available. Broken up into two large rooms, one room has four conference tables that can be removed while the other large room is more of a lounge environment with comfortable chairs and couches. We have one kitchen and two restrooms.

We hosted our first Thanksgiving here, and the space was perfect! Clean, spacious, and great for a large group. Even though it’s a building, it has a warm home-like vibe that made everyone feel comfortable. The setup worked so well for us. Jonathan was very attentive. We’d definitely book again for future gatherings! Highly recommend this space for anyone looking to bring people together in a warm and inviting setting.
