The space was bright and welcoming. I had not issues with connecting to the WiFi or using any of the services. It was easy to find a space to work for the day using the site. I would definitely go back there if I was in the area, and I am looking forward to using the service again when traveling instead of having to work from my hotel.

UPDATE: I gave them another chance, and the music this time was much more unobtrusive and appropriate for the morning hours. I'm changing this to 5 stars.
The place is clean and the internet worked fine, but there is something really BAD about this place. I walked in at 9am and they were playing grunge rock music overhead. This is not conducive to clear thought and productivity. It feels like they are trying too hard to be hip instead of being helpful. They should either play nothing or something non-percussive.

I visited the Short Pump Gather location for a day rental while traveling for business. Oliver and the team were awesome. The facility was clean, staff professional and the WiFi was super fast. Best of all, the clientele, many of whom were members, were really welcoming - felt like their actual home. Bravo!
