$50 Setup Fee Designed as a versatile and well-appointed event space, this room comfortably accommodates up to 30 guests and can be arranged to meet your needs whether classroom style, U-shaped, or in a traditional boardroom layout. The approximately 800 square foot space features four windows that provide natural light, creating a comfortable and professional setting. The room also includes a small built-in counter space that can be used for catering, refreshments, or other meeting essentials. A whiteboard and a 55” smart TV are included to support productive meetings and events.

Avanti Workspace at the Broadway Media Tower offers a premier Salt Lake City downtown location with a high-profile image located at the corner of 300 South and West Temple. We offer our clients the highest quality of services. Whether you need a day office or conference rooms for your meetings, Avanti offers all of these services. Parking Info Take Trax and walk 1/2 a block to the center. For vehicle parking, please utilize the QR code for Avanti. Validations are $3/hour with payment to Avanti. Entry Instructions Take the elevator to the 3rd floor. The receptionist is located directly off the elevators.
