The room features 2 private breakout spaces: 1 dedicated catering space, ideal for food service and refreshment setup, and a 2nd space designed as a phone booth or huddle space for private calls, focused work, or small group discussions. The main room can be arranged in a variety of layouts including classroom style, U-shape, traditional boardroom, etc. 755 square foot space with 2 private breakout spaces. Includes whiteboard and 55” smart TV.

Avanti Workspace at the Broadway Media Tower offers a premier Salt Lake City downtown location with a high-profile image located at the corner of 300 South and West Temple. We offer our clients the highest quality of services. Whether you need a day office or conference rooms for your meetings, Avanti offers all of these services. Parking Info Take Trax and walk 1/2 a block to the center. For vehicle parking, please utilize the QR code for Avanti. Validations are $3/hour with payment to Avanti. Entry Instructions Take the elevator to the 3rd floor. The receptionist is located directly off the elevators.
