We offer business class internet. WiFi included with monthly rent. There is an additional fee for a direct ethernet connection.

Shared spaces are fully furnished. Executive office is beautifully furnished. Private offices come unfurnished so you may customize to suit your needs. We do have desks/chairs available for rent.

There is a locked storage area on the office floor. Use of the space is customized by needs and limited to availability.

Keurig K-cups are available at cost. Cream, sugar, and syrups are complimentary. A French press is available for use.

We have a tenant who offers his notary services free of charge. This is subject to his availability.

Business address can be used as your business address and for personal/business mail services. Mail is delivered to the FBC Director and personally delivered to named recipient. Outgoing mail may be left at reception desk for pick up.

A monthly conference room credit is included with your rent. Both rooms are equipped with large 4K TVs, business class internet, premium audio. Connect via Apple TV, HDMI, VGA or AV Jacks. Mini-fridge provided with cold beverages. Occupancy 35.
