Capital One Café - La Cantera

I can't say enough about the customer service here, as soon as you walk in you are greeted with a friendly smile . They made sure to check on us if we needed anything to ensure we were in comfortable work environment . My team and I will be back again!

The staff at Capital One Cafe was so accommodating and attentive. We had a great meeting and loved the location!

When we arrived the room was not ready for us. There were several other customers in the room chilling and doing their work in the space we reserved. The Workers moved slowly to get us situated as they had to kick the other folks out the room. They didn’t seem to know that there was a reservation at that time. We waited 8 minutes just to get into the space. We wanted to use the TV, employees had no clue where the remote was for the TV. It took ANOTHER 25 min just to find the remote. It was like no one knew anything. We also needed the lights dimmed in the space but again, the workers had no clue on what to do. So we never got the lights dimmed either. We couldn’t start our meeting in a timely fashion. A whole 40 minutes was wasted, leaving our meeting short on time and was never able to complete our meeting because we ran out of time. Did not get the full 2hrs I reserved for and needed the full 2hrs. My first time reserving the space and it wasn’t that great. Such a great idea and great opportunity to use space but it doesn’t benefit if we can’t use it on time. Employees needs more training.

Our student group, the Pre-Law Association, booked the community room to get together and discuss different topics such as studying for the LSAT and writing personal statements. We all enjoyed the change of environment and this was the perfect spot to talk and enjoy a coffee.

This is an amazing place! The cafe was clean, staff very friendly and helpful. My employee loved the sandwich they prepared and I was able to work with her in a safe fun environment. Thank you!
