Modern facility in an easy to access location. The concierges are helpful. There is free covered parking and free coffee, tea, filtered water in the kitchen. There is also a marketplace with snacks and other beverages available for purchase via kiosk. The building also has several restaurants within walking distance. I was provided a monitor and keyboard along with a keycard to lock my private office. There were free phone rooms available for those using desks in open areas. (Monitor availability may be limited for coworking desks). Recommend you bring your own portable webcam to use for Zoom meetings.

This was more of a traditional office set-up with all closed-door spaces in hallways, both singles offices and larger rooms with multiple desks. There was no open, common working area. It would be fine for someone who needs a single, private office for a day or probably for small group (3-6 people) rote work, as well. But it is not a set-up that will foster connection amongst colleagues.

People were friendly, it was a rather busy atmosphere but my room was clean and quiet. Make sure to take keyboard, mouse and camera if you plan on holding video calls. Only the chair and monitor are provided.
