This space is nice, there was just a bit of a mix-up with getting to the right area. I booked a daily lounge pass and when I arrived there was no one there to direct me to the right place (this is a 6 story building with ~25 other companies in it). I called the number from the reservation and we got everything sorted out, but it set me back about 30 minutes of my work day.
