Capital One Cafe - Houston Galleria

The meeting space was great.

The staff are super helpful and lovely. It was our first time visiting this cafe and it took us a little while to find it (the Galleria is huge!), and the staff were very understanding. However, the doors of the meeting room are not solid/don't have glass (the other smaller ones do), and this was rather a dealbreaker for us. Glad we checked it out first before having any major meetings. Without doors to shut out some of the other cafe noise and be able to have discussions, meetings, and presentations makes it not a feasible space. Other Capital One Cafes have had more private meeting rooms, so this was quite a surprise. Overall, a nice space and wonderful staff, but if you need an enclosed room, this might not work for your needs.

The accommodations were perfect. The staff was very attentive, they provided everything we needed while still entertaining customers and guest. Will use this venue again for future meetings.

Love the space!

The meeting space was very comfortable and it was convenient to have the adjacent cafe for food and drinks. The large meeting room is not completely enclosed and we found it was very loud and difficult to hear our peers at times, which wasn't ideal for a meeting. However, it seems like a great place to work from. The seating arrangement cannot be adjusted and to use the TV screen you must bring your own cables as none will be available on site. It was easy to book this room through Liquid Space.
