Our therapy group in Frisco has one furnished or unfurnished office available. This space has sound machines/sound proofing. You have the option to choose between two offices but only one is available for rent: ✔ Room 104: One WITHOUT windows (105 sq ft) ✔ Room 115: One WITH windows (80 sq ft, capacity 2) is located across a play therapy room. Expect some noise mostly in the evenings and Saturday mornings but not loud (think medical waiting room vibe). Only subtenants cognizant of respecting the comfort, safety, and flexibility of these special clients should consider this office. ✨Available Oct 3 ✨Building hosts other medical, health, and legal professionals ✨24/7-7 days a week access. First months deposit required. ✨Electricity & Wi-Fi included and secured access during non-business hours ✨Waiting room available for clients. Access to kitchen and restrooms. ✨Ideal for ✔Licensed clinicians and Associates looking to build or grow their client base ✔Dieticians and/or nutritionists ✔Psychiatric nurse practitioners for medication management ✔Psychologists/neuropsychologists looking for space to provide in-person assessments ✨First months deposit and liability insurance required.
