A lot of careful consideration went into our making the decision to reopen our space. We believe that due to the nature of our business, and through strict safety guidelines, we can do so safely and responsibly. Please know that the rules listed below are for the health of you, your families, and the community and we expect everyone entering the space to follow these guidelines not just for your safety, but for the safety of those around you. Everything on this list is here in the attempt to reduce the chance of transmission and in an effort to keep everyone healthy. Please note that we will not make exceptions to the rules for anyone under any circumstance. It is our utmost priority to do our part in keeping our members and staff safe and we request that you do your part as well.
HYGIENE:
—Upon entering the facility, wash or sanitize your hands immediately.
—Wash your hands frequently while in the space.
—You are expected to wear a mask while in the common areas. If you are moving through the space for any reason (entering, leaving, using the restroom, getting water) you are required to wear a mask.
—Maintain a physical distance of 6 ft from other individuals at all times.
—We ask that you do not make physical contact with others while in the building.
CLEANING:
—Stoke will undergo sanitizing in common spaces and high touch surfaces Monday-Friday (restrooms, door knobs, faucet handles, fridge door, etc).
—Hand sanitizer can be found at both entrances, conference rooms, and throughout the space.
—Ask that members and guests sanitize common surfaces after they have used them.
SOCIAL DISTANCING:
—There will be only one staff member on site at any time, and will be staffing the space Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
—We have created a virtual tour to offer to any prospects so they can see the space without having to come into the building: https://stokedenton.com/stoke-virtual-tour
—If an in-person tour is needed, our staff will provide no-contact tours by appointment only (no drop in tours) to one prospective member at a time.
—To maintain 6ft between individuals, conference room capacities have been adjusted. Conference rooms 1 and 3 both allow up to 3 people at a time, and conference room 2 allows 1 person at a time.
DO NOT COME INTO STOKE IF:
—You are experiencing any new or worsening signs or symptoms of possible COVID-19 such as cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, loss of taste or smell, or have a fever.
—If you or anyone in your household is lab confirmed to have COVID-19
—If you or anyone in your household are awaiting results of a COVID-19 test
In the event that we are notified of a member or guest having contracted COVID-19 or if any member of their household has contracted COVID-19, we will contact Stoke members and guests who may have come into contact with the individual as well as address our Stoke member community as a whole. If anyone that has been inside of Stoke tests positive for COVID-19, we will temporarily close the space and undergo a commercial sanitization.
