Comfort Inn & Suites Dallas North by the Galleria

This is not a place I would recommend if you are looking for a professional, clean, and comfortable environment. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The room was dirty, hot, and had an air conditioner sitting in the middle of the table, which was confusing to me because the front desk person said the air worked in the room. There was also an terrible unpleasant smell throughout the hallways and room. The surrounding environment and people nearby made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. I was so concerned by the conditions that I had only 30 minutes to find another location for a training session that had been planned for that day. This created a tremendous amount of unnecessary stress and disruption. I left the experience feeling genuinely shaken and traumatized. I understand that everyone may have a different experience, so if you feel that I am exaggerating, I encourage you to visit the location in person and ask to see the room and surrounding environment before making a booking. Take a look for yourself and make your own informed decision. For a professional training, meeting, or business event, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
