Given the current COVID - 19 situation, fibercove will be implementing the following policies and moving to a more self-service coworking space:

*Meetings- paid public meetings will be assessed on an individual basis depending on the meeting attendees, timing, and staff. Any meetings that do occur, the meeting room will be stocked with sanitizing products and other protectictive equipment, and wiped with disinfectant after each meeting ends.

*Routine cleanings - Our nightly cleaners have enhanced their protocols, added hospital grade disinfectants and sanitizers to their routine, and our staff frequently sanitizes high touch surfaces and common areas throughout the day. For those of you that chose to come into fibercove please respect other guests by practicing social distancing, aggressively washing your hands, sanitizing, and wiping down surfaces.

*Mask policy- masks are strongly encouraged in any common/shared areas of our space or in any other instance where social distancing cannot be maintained, but not required.

*Sanitization stations are set up in all conference rooms and located throughout the space. Masks and disposible gloves are available if needed.
