All bills, including GB internet, and 4 memberships are included in base price. This is a 750 square foot office suite perfect for a small business team, non-profit, or startup. It has private entry on the front of Tillery Street for storefront access and includes coworking memberships for all occupants. All bills are also included. It includes options for desk setup/furnishings for each member and includes all the coworking office amenities: high speed WiFi & wired Ethernet, kitchen, coffee and tea, filtered water, business mail, conference room use, call rooms, 24/7 access to open workspaces and lounges, grassy side yards and outdoor seating, invite to all member events, and guest passes. It also has windows and high ceilings with a good amount of natural light. Additionally, it includes private meeting space in the back. Our East Austin location is right in between downtown and the airport. Base price includes 4 memberships and desk setups along with rugs, lamps, couch, office table. Additional desk setups/employees can be added for a rate of $100/month increase.
