We’re excited to announce that our first “built from scratch” Common Desk coworking location in Austin is officially open! Common Desk – 6th & Congress is situated right off two of the most iconic streets in the city. So much of ATX’s history took place within a 1-mile radius of our new location, and we’re excited to add to what makes Austin so notorious with the community we’ll build from floors 8 & 9 of the Littlefield building. We’ve designed our downtown Austin coworking space with both productivity and overall life enjoyment in mind, and we can’t wait for all of the collaboration, networking, hard work, and happy hours that will happen here. Just come in on the day you'd like to get some work done (Monday - Friday), and one of our staff members will have you on your way to productivity in no time. A FEW THINGS TO NOTE Usage: Monday - Friday only, 8am to 5pm (not 24hrs) Amenities: Everything but conference rooms and printing
Daily Office Rental
$50 a day *per person* for an office rental. You would have access Monday - Thursday 8-5 and Friday 8-3. This office has exposed brick walls and windows that are original and historic to the building. Brand new height adjustable desk, chair, filing cabinet, and speedy fast WiFi. This is an office day rental, not your permanent change of address! If the place is not left how you found it, there will be a $35 cleaning fee. Perks include bottomless drip coffee/tea, beers/refreshments, an espresso bar, and complimentary snacks.
