The office has a desk, a comfortable business desk chair, and two camel chairs with a coffee table for meetings or a step away from the desk. INCLUDED - 1 Gig internet, hardwired direct connect in the office, plus WiFi - Free parking - Shared kitchen - Furnished front lobby to greet your clients - Whiteboard and a door that locks - Private gym, one person at a time, so it is truly private - Daily rentals run 7am to 10pm and are booked 24 hours in advance STAYING LONGER Weekly rate is $350 per week and monthly rates start at $800. Ask us about weekly and monthly availability. THE GYM Weights, bench, power rack with pull up and leg station, treadmill, and a professional body sculpting machine (EMS + RF). Daily guests get 1 hour included. Additional hours are $15. All sessions are scheduled in advance. LOCATION 6701 Heritage Business Ct, Suite 115, Chattanooga, TN 37421. On Lee Hwy across from the new Food City with Starbucks, minutes from Shallowford Rd, Gunbarrel Rd, and I-75.
