I had a positive overall experience. The room was clean and well-prepared for our meeting. There was a slight dog odor noticeable at times, and a couple of the people I met with mentioned it, but it wasn’t overwhelming. The staff were very nice and helpful throughout the entire process, which made everything run smoothly. I also appreciated the thoughtful touch of placing us in a room with our company’s colors on the wall that detail did not go unnoticed and made the space feel more personalized and welcoming. Overall, a good experience with friendly service and a clean, professional environment.
