Hosted by Synotic Entertainment, this professional conference room is built for focused work and smooth sessions—without the overhead of maintaining your own permanent office space. This room is specifically designed for small teams, professionals, and creators to run business meetings, planning sessions, workshops, client presentations, table reads, auditions, interviews, and small team working sessions where a quiet environment and a reliable setup are essential. 👥 SPACE & SEATING CAPACITY Optimal Occupancy: Designed comfortably for small groups and teams of up to 8 people. Flexible Layouts: Comfortable tables and seating configurations that can easily be rearranged to match your meeting format (boardroom, classroom, or open discussion style). ⚙️ FEATURES & AMENITIES INCLUDED On-Site Attendant: A staff member is present to assist you with standard room configuration (tables/chairs), basic readiness, and quick resets between sessions so you always start on time! Flexible Layouts: Comfortable tables and seating configurations that can easily be rearranged to match your meeting format (boardroom, classroom, or open discussion style). Presentation Setup: Equipped with a wide HD screen TV/monitor and high-speed WiFi to ensure your pitches and media run flawlessly. Complimentary Beverage Station: Keep your team and clients refreshed with unlimited premium coffee, assorted teas, and filtered spring water at no extra charge. Office Perks: Access to the lobby lounge and convenient restroom facilities on-site. 🚗 EASY ACCESS & PARKING Ground Floor Access: Easy, stair-free ground-level entrance making client arrivals, wheelchair accessibility, and any supply load-in completely seamless. Free Onsite Parking: Large, hassle-free off-street parking lot right next to the building with space for 10–20 cars. ⏰ BOOKABLE HOURS & POLICIES Availability: Open 7 days a week from 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM (Midnight). After-hours bookings outside standard coverage windows can be accommodated for an additional surcharge. Occupany Booking Requirements: 1-hour minimum booking requirement. A $50 deposit is required to reserve your time, which applies directly to your final invoice.

Filming is allowed upon request and approval. No additional fee for basic self filming (e.g., table reads, auditions, interviews) when it stays within your booked time and standard setup. We do also provide filming services for an additional fee.

Room Set-up

Room setup is available upon request (tables/chairs arranged for boardroom, classroom, or open discussion). Please include your preferred layout and headcount in your booking request so we can have the room ready on arrival.

TV/Monitor

A wide-screen TV/monitor is available for presentations. Guests should bring their own laptop and any needed adapters (HDMI recommended). Basic connection support is available, but dedicated A/V engineering is not included.

Accessibility

Ground-level access with an easy walk-in entry. If you have specific accessibility needs (mobility devices, seating adjustments, etc.), please note it in your request so we can confirm the best setup.

Coffee/Tea

Complimentary coffee and assorted teas are available for your group during the booking. Please dispose of cups and trash in the provided bins before checkout.

Filtered Water

Complimentary filtered water is available. Closed-lid beverages are recommended to prevent spills in the room.

Health & Safety Policy

We are committed to providing a clean, professional, and safe environment for every guest. By booking and entering the facility, renters and attendees agree to follow this Health & Safety Policy during their reservation.

1) General Safety Expectations

Guests must follow all posted instructions and staff guidance while on-site.

Keep walkways, exits, and common areas clear at all times.

Do not tamper with building systems, alarms, electrical panels, or restricted equipment.

Any unsafe condition, spill, or damage must be reported to staff immediately.

2) Cleaning & Sanitization Standards

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with local health authority guidelines.

High-touch surfaces and shared amenities are disinfected between bookings.

Soft/porous materials are properly cleaned or removed as needed.

Bookings are spaced when possible to allow for enhanced cleaning and reset.

3) Guest Hygiene & Protective Supplies

To support a clean environment, we provide:

Disinfecting wipes or spray with paper towels

Hand sanitizer

Guests are encouraged to use these supplies as needed throughout the booking.

4) Food & Beverage Safety

Small snacks are permitted.

Beverages must be in closed-lid containers only (no open cups).

Guests are responsible for disposing of trash and preventing spills.

5) Occupancy, Physical Distance, and Ventilation

Capacity must remain within the maximum occupancy listed for the space and any applicable local guidelines.

The space layout can be adjusted to support comfortable spacing for meetings or productions.

Ventilation is maintained during operating hours to support a comfortable environment.

6) Security, Privacy, and Restricted Areas

For safety and facility protection, security cameras may be in use in studio/common areas.

Private changing/prep areas are provided where applicable; privacy areas are not monitored.

Restricted areas include behind the front counter, staff offices/storage, utility/mechanical areas, and any rooms not included in the booking.

7) Equipment and Trip Hazard Prevention

Cables, light stands, and gear must be placed safely to prevent tripping.

Use sandbags/weights when needed for stability.

Do not block exits with equipment cases or staging items.

8) Incident Reporting

If an incident occurs (injury, property damage, safety concern), notify staff immediately so we can document the issue and take corrective action.

9) Non-Compliance

Failure to follow this policy may result in the session being paused or ended to protect safety, and may lead to additional charges if extra cleaning or repairs are required.
