Just Strategies Hub is a warm and flexible co-working space located in the heart of Mt. Airy, Philadelphia. Our space is designed to support productivity, collaboration, and connection in an inviting, professional environment. The Hub offers 2,800 sq. ft. of open, adaptable space with movable furniture, lounge seating, a kitchenette, and access to Wi-Fi and AV equipment. It’s ideal for solo work, team meetings, workshops, and small events. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, projector and whiteboard, kitchenette with coffee and tea, lounge areas, restrooms, and flexible workspace layouts. We’re located along historic Germantown Avenue, surrounded by local cafés, restaurants, and small businesses, creating a lively neighborhood feel. Public transit is easily accessible via SEPTA regional rail and bus routes, and there’s street parking nearby. Just Strategies Hub combines a welcoming atmosphere with practical amenities, making it an ideal space for individuals and organizations looking for a flexible place to work, meet, and create.

Our Dedicated Desk Membership is ideal for professionals who want a consistent, personal workspace within a supportive co-working community. Enjoy your own assigned desk and storage space, along with access to all the amenities the Hub has to offer — including Wi-Fi, coffee and tea, kitchen and common areas, and reservable conference rooms and private meeting spaces. This option also includes use of the Hub’s mailing address for mail delivery service, invitations and first-priority registration for special events and workshops, and exclusive member appreciation benefits. Our Event Space is a welcoming, flexible area designed to bring people together for gatherings that inspire connection, creativity, and community. With room to comfortably host up to 75 guests (depending on setup), the space can be arranged for workshops, panels, receptions, trainings, or community celebrations. Guests have access to Wi-Fi, audio/visual equipment, tables and chairs, and the Hub’s kitchen and common areas for light refreshments or breakout conversations. The environment is bright, comfortable, and intentionally designed to support mission-driven organizations and changemakers. Whether you’re hosting an intimate strategy session or a lively community celebration, the Hub’s Event Space offers the perfect backdrop for meaningful connection.

This modern, fully equipped conference room is ideal for team meetings, client presentations, workshops, or focused collaboration. The space features a large conference table with seating for up to eight people in comfortable, ergonomic chairs. A spacious whiteboard and flip chart easel make it easy to brainstorm and capture ideas, while the wall-mounted TV/monitor is perfect for presentations or video conferencing. Natural light from the high windows creates an inviting atmosphere, complemented by warm overhead lighting. The room also includes essentials such as a keyboard and mouse for easy device connection, hand sanitizer, and thoughtful décor that adds a professional yet welcoming touch. Whether you’re hosting a strategy session or meeting with clients, this private conference room offers a quiet, productive environment designed to help you work at your best.
