$50 set up, break down and cleaning fee, and if we procure the order we charge the cost of food plus 15%. Many restaurants and deli's to choose from. Cosi is in the building.

If you need prepared pots of coffee in the conference room there is a $10.00 charge per pot to be paid at the time of use. Self service in the kitchen is included at no charge.

Two receptionists are at the front desk at all times to greet you and your clients, answer your phones as your company and perform a multitude of business services.
