The Graystone private meeting room is available for rent by the hour and is located in East Petersburg, PA. We are conveniently located on the corner of Graystone Road and Manheim Pike. This meeting room offers free Wifi and multiple tv monitors with laptop hook up. Parking is on-site and additional street parking is close to the meeting room. A restroom is conveniently located in the meeting room area. There is also a kitchen area included in the rental. Water and K Cup - coffee is also included with the rental. You will find that the Graystone meeting room is a very quiet and private space to host your meeting. We also can provide notary services for an additional cost. The notary service needs to be scheduled before the final confirmation.

I booked this space to conduct a business interview while working in the area. Unfortunately, there was a snafu and I wasn't able to access the space. Christine was very apologetic and handled the issue in a professional manner. In my opinion, it's not what problems occur, but how we handled them that matters. I was pleased with her response and would book again if I needed it.
