Large Conference Room
This large conference room can fit 14 people with windows that bring in natural light. Fitted with a flat-screen tv with computer connection, a fridge, sink, and a temperature controlled room. Please note that outside food and beverages are not permitted. However, coffee and beverage service is available upon request. If food service is desired, we are happy to arrange catering through our approved catering service; advance notice of at least ten (10) days is required. Please reach out to membership@staffordhils.com for catering information or a tour of the space!

Conference Room Guest agrees to pay the Daily Fee or Half-Day Fee, as applicable each day in advance, for use of the Conference

Room. This non-exclusive right to use is nontransferable and revocable. Conference Room Guest promises to use the Conference

Room only for meetings or presentations, and only in a manner that is not disruptive to members or guests of SHC. Conference

Room Guest will not store, prepare or eat food or drink beverages in the Conference Room that produce offensive odors or stain

countertops or tabletops. Food and beverages must only be procured from SHC.

Conference Room Guest or its invitees will not misuse, damage, deface, destroy, or break any furniture, fixtures, equipment, walls,

art, doors, floors or glass in the Conference Room.

Conference Room Guest agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Stafford Hills Club, LLC and its affiliates, members, and

employees for, from, and against all claims, losses and liabilities arising from or in connection with the use of the Conference Room,

including attorney fees and costs.

Conference Room Guest agrees not hold the Stafford Hills Club or any of this subsidiaries, members, employees, contactors or

agents (collectively the “Club”) liable for any injury or damage to person or property, or that of his/her family, arising from or related

to (a) use of the Conference Room or Suites and/or any and all equipment or furniture located therein; (b) the negligent acts or

omissions of the Club or its employees, managers or agents; (c) the acts or omissions of other members or guests of the Club.

Conference Room Guest (1) forever releases and discharges the Club from all claims, demands and/or causes of action relating

to any such injury or damage, (2) waives the right to a jury trial in connection with any claim brought against the Club and (3)

understands that if this liability release was not included in this Agreement, the Daily Fee would double.

In addition to any other remedies at law or in equity, the Club may charge Office Guest’s credit card, debit card or Club account for

damages arising out of or resulting from Office Guest’s breach of this Agreement. This Agreement does not confer the daily right

to use any of the Club facilities other than the Conference Room.
