Two other occupants are typically present from 2-5 pm, Monday-Friday, otherwise you'll be alone most of the time. We are an independent documentary film studio in a cozy office/art space. Come, bring your supplies ready to create, or just get work done somewhere peaceful and comfortable. We have a fully equipped photo studio available for use, as well as plenty of space to spread out your project. While other businesses operate in this building, the studio is almost supernaturally quiet. On site you will also have access to a kitchenette and shared bathroom.

Our quiet, second-story studio is perfect for photo and video shoots, art projects, or desk work in a peaceful atmosphere. Natural light is provided by a large window, or close the shutters for darkness. Your booking includes full access to our RGB LED lighting kit, softbox lights, and black, white, and greenscreen backdrops. Work desk, folding table and chairs available upon request. You will also have access to a shared bathroom and kitchenette. Also, there's a really good Thai restaurant across the street. What more could you need?
