Photo studio, open space plus work desk.
Our quiet, second-story studio is perfect for photo and video shoots, art projects, or desk work in a peaceful atmosphere. Natural light is provided by a large window, or close the shutters for darkness. Your booking includes full access to our RGB LED lighting kit, softbox lights, and black, white, and greenscreen backdrops. Work desk, folding table and chairs available upon request. You will also have access to a shared bathroom and kitchenette. Also, there's a really good Thai restaurant across the street. What more could you need?

Projector ($)

For an additional $20/hour we can set up a projector, screen, and speakers. You must notify us at least 5 hours before your booking time if you would like us to provide this service. We accept cash, Venmo, or PayPal.

Door w/Lock

The door to this office locks. If you would like to leave belongings locked inside, let us know before you leave so we can give you a key.

Filming Allowed

This is a space that is great for filming interviews or other content. We do not restrict what you film as long as there are no loud sounds that might disturb the other offices.

Room Set-up

Besides desks, all equipment and decor can be re-arranged. If you would like table and chairs, a specific backdrop, LED lights, or softboxes set up, let us know and we are happy to have it ready before you arrive.

Window View

The studio is on the second story with an outdoor-facing window. It can be shuttered to block out natural light, otherwise it casts a lovely soft glow.

Hosted Reception

We will be available onsite to greet and direct attendees, give tours, and answer questions and requests.

Kitchen

There is a mini-fridge and microwave available for use.

Shower

There is a basement bathroom with a bath/shower. You will be responsible for helping keep it clean as there is no janitorial staff.

We are an independent documentary film studio in a cozy office/art space. Come, bring your supplies ready to create, or just get work done somewhere peaceful and comfortable. We have a fully equipped photo studio available for use, as well as plenty of space to spread out your project. While other businesses operate in this building, the studio is almost supernaturally quiet. On site you will also have access to a kitchenette and shared bathroom.
