Nexus Business Lounge

I was scheduled to come in at 9am for a private office, but the door to the building was locked and no one answered the doorbell. Luckily a coworking member who had access to the building arrived after 10 minutes and let me in. When I got in, there was no employee there to direct me to which office I should use and no directory or information to say where the private offices were and which I should be in. Also no information in my confirmation email about which office to use. I email the host to ask about where to go, wait, no response. So at this point I’m guessing it’s first come first serve? As I’m wandering around, the only private offices that were open did not have a desk and a chair. So I pick an office with a couch and then am moving barstools in to have something for my laptop to rest on. (I do telemedicine so I have to have a private space, I can’t hold appointments in the coworking space). At 9:50 the office manager doesn’t knock, just barges in and tells me I can’t be in there. She takes me to a different office (that did have a desk and chair thankfully, but had no windows and was not like the picture provided). I lost an hour of work time and was late to my 10am appointment with a patient. Maybe this place works great if you’re a member who uses the open coworking space, but as a guest who needed a private office, the lack of communication and unreliability means I won’t be returning.
