Eligible 501(c)(3) nonprofits and student groups associated with a college or university, including alumni associations and student organizations, can reserve our community room or workspace for a two-hour time slot during regular business hours.

This was a very nice alternative to have a group or staff meeting. You are able to have a power point and able to conduct a standard meeting.

The experience was awesome because the space is beautiful and the staff that helped our team set up the space were extremely helpful and kind. The only down side is that the doors don't block the outside noise and it made it difficult to hear the speaker. But the people around us were very flexible and helped us accommodate when a few more people came that were unexpected. I recommend this space potentially on a day that is not as busy, perhaps during the week considering the volume level may be lower than a mid day Saturday.
