3. Ventilation: The office is well-ventilated with natural airflow and is regularly maintained to ensure good air quality.

COVID-19 Safety Measures:

1. Mask Usage: Masks are optional but encouraged, particularly in common areas and when interacting closely with others. Masks will be provided upon request.

2. Social Distancing: The office layout has been adjusted to promote social distancing. Private consultations and meetings in our conference room will follow appropriate distancing guidelines where necessary.

3. Sanitizing Stations: Hand sanitizers and disinfecting wipes are readily available throughout the office for your convenience.

4. Contactless Communication: Whenever possible, we encourage remote consultations and virtual meetings to minimize in-person interactions. Payments and document exchanges can also be handled electronically.

5. Health Monitoring: We ask that clients and staff who are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or who have recently been exposed to the virus refrain from visiting the office. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments if any health concerns arise.

6. Enhanced Office Cleaning: After each client meeting or use of shared spaces like conference rooms, our team disinfects surfaces and equipment to ensure a clean environment for the next visitor.

7. COVID-19 Testing and Vaccination: While we do not require proof of vaccination, we encourage all staff and clients to stay informed about CDC guidelines and continue to take precautions, including testing and vaccinations, where applicable.
