I made numerous attempts to contact the direct office and Liquid Space prior to this meeting and no one got back to me. While the amenities onsite did suffice, I found it very frustrating to not receive a call back or written message from either group in advance of showing up. It greatly affected my experience and comfort. Furthermore, WeWork needs to understand that its scale and reach means there are folks who have used a WW office once or twice in a number of years and when they arrive they aren't 'in the know' or accustomed to onsite practices --( ie of course I did not bring my black card with me, I'm not sure I even have it anymore. I probably used it once in the last 8-10 years??) so I was made to feel like I had done something wrong and was told that they'd make an exception and not charge me for the card this time - and while I appreciate the card gives me free access to leave/return to the office during my rental, you can see how for a one-time renter, it feels more like a key card to a hotel room rather than a member's ID. For a company at this scale you've got to be ready to meet any/all renters where they are -- that I'm NOT a regular nor a member should be obvious to you in advance of my rental and upon showing up, the community managers need to be able to flex up/down fluidly. The actual person I spoke with was lovely and graciously accommodated the need for a mother's room for a team member of mine - same day, no advanced reservation. So it was not all bad but it could be so much better.

Hard to concentrate when people are holding group meetings in the open areas and others are congregating in groups in the common areas with loud voices.
