The space is nice and has good seating when you are renting a desk. Phone booths are hard to come by and somewhat spread out. Also, there are only three individual restrooms which can create a wait at times. On the whole a decent space.

Interesting place, the location is very convenient as it’s right near Penn Station. During my time there, there were plenty of people there, not sure if a company leases the space but they were pretty distracting and rude. Besides that, the gentleman at the front desk was lovely and very helpful.
