NOT RECOMMENDED. Do not rent an office on the weekend here. WHAT IS ADVERTISED IS NOT PROVIDED. NO SUPPORT, NO COMMUNICATION. I couldn't get into my 12:30pm reserved room until close to 1pm because there was no one at the front desk. One of the other renters came out of his room and I was able to ask him how to get in. He said that no one is ever at the front desk on the weekend and that I had to call someone to get into the room. (He called the owner for me.) I was never informed about this prior to my reservation date/time and I was never given the phone number to call. None of the phone numbers listed at the front desk worked. If that other renter had not been there, I would not have been able to see my paying clients. It was a very disappointing experience. None of the numbers listed on the front desk worked. I called each one to try to find out how to get into my reserved office, which I reserved over 3 weeks in advance. The only person in the office was another renter, leading a group. If he hadn't come out of his room, I wouldn't have had any way to get into the room I reserved and paid for. He called the owner of the space and she remotely let me into the room. Then I got locked out of my room after I walked a client to the elevator. Good thing that same renter was still there and could call the owner to give him the pass of the door lock. My phone and computer were in that room and I would have been ****ed if he wasn't still there. This was the most unprofessional office space I have ever paid for. The office smelled like a cheap NYC massage venue, was incredibly hot, disgusting kitchen. When the other renter called the owner, I had to wait 20 minutes until they got back to him so I could get in the room I paid for. The waiting area and kitchen had no filtered water as described in the listing. The coffee maker -- which was disgusting and not clean -- didn't work and the other renter told me it hasn't worked for a while. The bathroom next door was horribly disgusting and could be smelled in the hallway. If need someplace cheap, this should do. If you need someplace that is even somewhat professional, go somewhere else.

It was a nice building and the receptionist was pleasant and helpful. Also, they have weekend hours which is when I was there.

The space was fine for the conference call that I was on and the wi-fi was good, but I was a little worried that they didn't open at 9 AM ET. I showed up a few minutes to get set up and had to wait in the hallway.
