I rented a suite here for 2 months and it was a great experience. The offices are very well maintained and the facilities are in excellent condition. Emel, the office manager, was very responsive and made sure to handle whatever office need I had.
The internet is very fast, the kitchen space is functional and clean and getting access to the conference room was never an issue.
I highly recommend this space to all prospective tenants.

I booked the space specifically for the comments about the windows and airy feeling of the space. I saw the pictures and loved it. The only reason I chose this place was for the sunshine and windows. When we showed up we were put in a back room with a table and white walls and blocked off completely by another building. We were told “oops, our mistake, the room in the photos of the listing has been permanently rented out and is no longer available.” There was zero natural light coming in at the room we were put in. Extremely harsh fluorescent lights. We had booked two 9-5 days as we needed it for long conference days. We all felt horrible under the lights and the room was stuffy. The phone number on the listing was unresponsive a couple days before our booking date (we wanted to ask about dropping off some materials a day earlier but couldn’t get a hold of anyone.) On the second day someone vacuumed right outside the room for a half hour. Strange choice to do that during office hours. At one point they waltzed in to take the trash out. The person at the reception was friendly and offered coffee when we were there. The room and bathroom were clean which is a plus.
