Details below are everything that you will be having and benefiting from our modern space! *Newly Renovated: Check our gallery to see how we look like! *Furnished / Unfurnished: All of the offices are modernly furnished however, you can have it unfurnished or add your personal office furnitures. *Unlimited Free Internet and WIFI Access *Printing/Copy Room (free limited pages) *VoIP Phones (optional/plus fee) *24/7 Access *Biometric Access *Elevator/ Second Floor *Kitchen (Microwave, Coffee Machine, Kettle, Fridge) *Conference Room (Free 2hours weekly /After additional fee) *Common Area *Mail and Package Handling *Security Cameras + Maintenance *Cleaning Service+ Ventilation System (We have fresh air blowing to the private rooms and a pulling ventilation system from the common area, we are controlling indoor air quality to prevent the spread of viruses and airborne diseases) Location: 18 W 33rd St (2nd Floor) New York, NY 10011, USA (33rd St. between 5th avenue and Broadway). Transportation: Steps to Penn station, Herald Square, Grand Central Terminal, Path, Port Authority Bus Terminal and 16 Subway Lines ( A,C, E, B, D, F, M, N, Q, R, W, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 ) Requirements: 1 month deposit, one time key fee ($50 in case of an extra key), cleaning fee ($50 per month) and credit score check. Available up to 8 pp. ***Please message to us in advance with details how many pp will show up for the meeting and your business details before make a payment*** Thank you. Please Note: Suite#8 has windows but not enough natural light, the room is bright, brightened with lights. If you only would like to rent the conference room, it will be available from 9AM until 5PM. For the ones who would like to book it after 4PM, it will be charged as an extra $35 per hour due to our utilities ($85 per hour). Table/sitting for 8 pp included. Filtered water included. HDMI TV included. . Print / Copy (optional) Each Black&White page is $0.25 color page is $0.50.
