everything in perfect condition. closed quiet space. handled very efficiently and professionally. wifi works fine and fast, space cleaned and air conditioning keeps the place cool.. I did not have a chance to test any services beyond the basic so I can not testify for the printing or other services.
The space has no decoration, nor a window, which I think would have bothered me if I had to stay there more then a few hours, otherwise this is a positive professional experience.

The Liquidspace staff was very accommodating to my group and the manager (Michael Rutledge) went out of his way to make sure that we were comfortable and happy. I'd rent a room from Liquidspace again without any hesitation.

The staff was wonderful and extremely helpful in setting up the tech in the room. The location can't be beat if you need something near Grand Central. However the bathrooms (which to be fair seem to be managed by the building rather than Jay Suitea) are DISGUSTING and I was embarrassed to have my client use the facilities.
