We have fifteen big, bright rooms, plenty of natural light, comfortable seating and plenty of open space. 4th and 5th floors belong to ILSC Group (offers English and French language training in Canada, USA, Australia and India). Full 5th floor available for month to month rentals during our off-season market from October to June. Conveniently located in the heart of the Financial District, NYC and close to all major downtown subway lines. Just two blocks from the new Fulton subway station, a short walk from Wall Street, Tribeca and City Hall. We are located on Nassau Street, which is just off of Fulton Street in downtown Manhattan. Our front door is slightly set back, just past BLINK Fitness. You will see the elevator as soon as you enter the building, and our space is located on the 5th floor. The ILSC reception desk is on the 4th floor directly across from the elevator. ILSC is a private language school. We teach English to international students and visitors form all over the world. It's a dynamic and ever-changing mix of cultures, and we're really proud to be providing transformative learning experiences for thousands of young adults who come to study with us every year.
